I just dreamt that I was Butthead from Beavis and Butthead, lived in the Mojave Desert (in California) and walked the entire distance from there all the way to my house here (in the outskirts of Houston, TX), constantly falling over and dropping the backpack’s-worth of notebook I was carrying. The journey was so excruciating and exhausting that by the time I reached the house, my body was down to dusted bone, and nobody recognized me anymore. For some reason, “Ice a Spot and a Dot on the Dog” by Cardiacs kept playing the whole time, except for when I reached the end of my journey, when it turned into the entirety of “F#A# Infinity” by GY!BE. I left a scratched-up paper note on the door, and then went invisible. The note said that I had “arrived”, and that the “korn fingers” were coming. When the woman at the door finished reading the note, I reappeared, my body dusted dry to skeleton, and I charged at her, cackling with a rumbling, deep voice. And then I woke up. That’s where the dream ended. Oh, and the whole time, I was living in a weird black-and-white filmstrip world where everything aged and blackened away.

My school district is installing a stalkerware program called "Go Guardian" onto all school laptops, and is giving excuses and fake reasons to justify it, saying that it's just to "make sure that students aren't browsing inappropriate spaces online or installing illegal software" or whatever they said. I can see through all of these lies. Wanna know what this really is? It's power and control. They want to withhold and control information from the people, so that we don't know too much of what the tuxedomen don't want. They want to restrict knowledge and information that threatens the status and power of authority figures, while also satiating their own invasive and intrusive desires to look into and control students' lives. I could also see this software being used to target, harass, and discriminate against students by using their search history to uncover secrets about them (e.g. gender identity, sexuality, etc.) that can then be used against them in a confrontation where a person of authority corners a student and decides to harass and punish them for their secrets, using their search history as proof of the secret's existence so that it is more difficult for the student to hide it from the authority figures around them (who might react to the student with hostility and violence). In addition, I feel like it could also be used to take advantage of poorer students who may not be able to afford their own personal device, forcing them to use their school-issued laptop. They could withhold information from these low-income students to prevent them from gaining knowledge that could potentially help them fight their way through the injustices and hate crimes thrown at them by the ruling class every day and second. Also, many companies that sell this kind of software (stalkerware and spyware) oftentimes store their data insecurely and sell it to third parties who could use it to target advertising towards specific groups of people, discriminate against specific people who could be members of marginalized groups, and more. It’s all a ploy and a plot to limit student freedom of expression to keep us more docile and willing to bow down to the tuxedomen, making it easier to suppress and silence any dissent or discontent. It’s all a scheme to hold control over the people and restrict identity and privacy, to leave the kids feeling like there’s nowhere to run, like they’re always being watched, even at home, so even in private, they start to cater their behavior and thoughts to satisfy this faceless, nameless board of tuxedomen who only want to satisfy themselves, to hold more power.

The district agreed to the deal knowing that this company could do anything with the data they collect and house, and fully knowing exactly how and why they are peering into the personal, private lives and affairs of thousands of children across the USA. The reason is simple: *They don’t care about the safety of children. They want the children to be abused and unsafe. They only want to benefit and satisfy themselves and their fellow tuxedomen, and they are willing to put lives in the stained metal claws of Big Tech in order to do that.*

They are desperate for any customers, and will make sure that all children are forever the consumer and product, from birth to young death. They leech and feed off of you for more wads of cash while you type that essay for English class. The worst part is: none of the teachers I tried to tell about my concerns cared or seemed at all fazed or concerned. The tuxedomen control the status quo and society’s opinions, and they have swayed us to trust the trust funds.

I sit here and type this right now knowing that there is a man in a cubicle mining me for bucks. I am the product without doing anything, and without any choice. *I’m nothing but a grocery store hamburger to them.* (I say this not in resignation, but in angered awareness)
