I am thrilled to learn that the immunotherapy treatment I received, pioneered by our very own Professor Georgina Long, had extraordinary success, far exceeding the 90% necrosis standard considered to be completely curative. My own pathology results showed 95% or more necrosis, placing the response well beyond that benchmark and strongly indicating an exceptional curative outcome.
A post-operative PET scan using ¹⁸F-fluorodeoxyglucose (¹⁸F-FDG) initially showed no change in tracer uptake, suggesting that there had been little to no necrosis of the cancer. This was devastating news to receive.
However, the important caveat was that the tracer ¹⁸F-FDG, used in PET imaging is also taken up by other tissues, particularly inflamed tissue caused by the treatment itself. This means PET scan results can produce false positives. Thankfully, this appears to be exactly what happened in my case.
Speaking of caveats, the PET scan did show minor uptake of the tracer in the abdomen, but again inflammation caused by the very toxic cocktail of drugs has intestinal inflammation as a known side effect. I am hoping this is the explanation; however, this is not a time for complacency, so it will be monitored carefully over the next three months, including colonoscopy.
Anyway, it looks like my five-year survival probability is near 100% from this cancer. While this is a time for celebration, I sincerely thank all my friends, online or otherwise who I regularly meet in YouTube chats who inspired me to fight on and survive. I took your advice. Together with Professor Long and her team, I owe you my life.
That said, Commiserations to those grifters and their disciples who chose to publicly wish for my untimely demise. Nevertheless, I thank them for wishing that my death happens quickly and humanely. That will likely happen in the distant future, but not before I have had more than a few shots at dismantling their grift.

This particular machine made by Siemens in Germany cost $13 million and is the most advanced machine of its kind in the world. It basically works by detecting positrons emitted by the radioactive isotope of Fluorine, namely, Fluorine-18 during its 110 minute half-life when attached to the number 2 position on the normal glucose molecule, C6H12O6. Hence the tracer name Fluorodexoglucose. Fluorine - 18 is created in a cyclotron and therefore extremely expensive. We have one of those opposite Monash University. Tomorrow the results obtained on this machine will inform the oncology team as to my likely future as a living human on this planet. Wish me well please.
