Most people use the words soul and spirit interchangeably. But they’re not the same.

The soul is your mind, will, and emotions—your thoughts, desires, and personality. It’s where we wrestle, grow, and evolve. It’s the part of us that journeys, questions, and transforms.

But the spirit—the spirit is deeper. It’s the eternal part of you that came from the Divine and longs to return.
It doesn’t evolve; it remembers.
It doesn’t search; it knows.

Your soul can get lost in the noise. But your spirit carries the original sound. That’s why awakening isn’t just about healing your emotions or finding yourself—it’s about returning. Remembering. Reconnecting with the One who breathed life into you.

If you’ve been on a thousand soul journeys and still feel the ache… this might be why.

On Good Friday when communing with JESUS, I asked him. “Lord, are you like a sculptor with me, with us?

This is what he gave me…

I am the sculptor.
Not shaping stones into idols,
but shaping hearts into image-bearers.
Not carving out gods to be worshiped,
but carving you into one who reflects the Father.

You are not being sculpted into an idea,
or a system,
or a role.

You are being sculpted into Me.
And I am the exact image of the Father (Hebrews 1:3).

So yes—when I sculpt you,
I am revealing Him.
His mercy in your compassion.
His strength in your fire.
His tenderness in your presence.
His truth in your voice.

You were never meant to worship an image.
You were meant to become one.
Not in pride,
but in union.

And I, Jesus,
am the hands that shape you.
Gently.
Precisely.
Day by day—
until you look like Me.

And when they see you—
they will say,
“He’s been with the Sculptor.”
And they will see the Father.

Last night—on Good Friday—I encountered something I can’t unsee.

Not a dream. Not imagination.
A real, living presence that whispered through the stillness:
“It’s time.”

Jesus is reclaiming His name.
He’s untwisting the scriptures that were used to shame.
He’s removing the veil that religion pulled over His face.

This isn’t rebellion.
It’s restoration.

He’s coming for the misfits.
The shamed.
The ones who were told they didn’t belong.

And He’s saying:
“I never said that. I never shut the door on you.”

I felt His radiance.
Not as something to wear, but something to return to.
And I’ll never be the same.
