are you trading AUTHENTICITY for ATTENTION? 😬

I know for the last few years I’ve been navigating the dance between authentic self expression & building a spiritual biz.

At first I felt I was just sharing because I loved it and then at some point…I began creating for ATTENTION and NOT from my soul essence.

I started to lose connection with that deeper part of me that started a business because I wanted to have a space to create authentically and because it lit my soul on fire….and I got caught up in the trap of seeking attention in order to ‘build my biz’ and hit ‘10k months’.

Which yes I’ve been able to do BUT at what cost?

There is NOTHING more important to me than allowing my inner artist and creator to express itself in whatever way feels lost nourishing.

So I’m shifting gears back to my soulself as the focus. NOW marks a new year of prioritising authentic expression over the need for attention.

This means that whilst I’m keeping my Instagram active, it’s not supporting my fullest expression of self.

I like to write captions and create long form content which means I’ll be starting to BLOG and create on YOUTUBE.
