Hey, Everyone, I wanna share something that I did today. While I was at Walmart, I decided to get another Metal Collection Thomas, why? Because I wanted to see if I could paint the running board a light gray. I’m glad I got a duplicate so that my normal Thomas remain as is. Unscrewing his smokebox was a bitch, and I didn’t have a drill to get that bottom rivet out, so I masked him with tape and painted the running board with the thinnest coats I can get. I even painted the taillamp on the back , adding cab windows along with adding the red bunker lining. Simple mods, but effective. I don’t have any particular use for my second one but I will display him on my shelf with my other ones, I’m glad that I made these mods. I will try to seal it in with a clear coat in future, but I don’t have the time or experience with spray paint at the moment, but I will update you when I do that.

After what seemed like a while, looks like the rest of the Metal Collection finally showed up at my local Walmart. I can’t believe it took them this long to ship and stock them, I’m not really happy about it but better late than never. I’m just glad they finally arrived.

Happy Halloween, everyone. Didn’t really have time to put a costume on, but I at least had a good time. I called myself “The Mediocre Spider-Bland”, it’s not the best look for me but it worked.

Back with another piece of Diecast Photography, but this time I’m gonna try it out with Thomas. If you remember in the past, I previously did these with Pixar Cars diecasts, I will do more of those in the future, but for now, I wanna try it out with the new Metal Collection Diecasts that came out this year. I have all 4 of the main engines, along with 2 of Thomas’s variants (except the RWS Thomas Chase variant).

LITTLE RANT: I do love these new diecasts but I am bummed that these are probably gonna be phased out next year, and even more bummed that these next ones reuse the 2019 molds, some of them look okay but I would’ve loved to see new original molds for them, especially for engines like Gordon and Edward. Despite all of that, I am looking forward to what’s coming up for 2026, and hope that the merchandise will be decent for the upcoming project.

BACK TO THE PIC: I was outside in such awful cold weather because I wanted to try and get a good photo with my 2025 Thomas, I found 3 wooden poles near a playground and decided to try and take the photo from a low angle, after taking the shot and some editing, I managed to create a photo that I was happy with. Lemme know what you think, and I would love to do this with the rest of the range.

After 5 years of waiting and trying, I finally managed to beat Super Mario 64. I beat Super Mario Galaxy before it, and I still gotta beat Sunshine, but for now, I’m pretty satisfied with my efforts.

UPDATE: YouTube seems to be working again, thank fucking god. I’m sorry for my inability to upload as of recent, haven’t had enough motivation, or ideas to upload anything. Until something comes to mind, I’ll be sticking to community posts.

Update from Yesterday’s post, I got the Sodor Adventure Pack today, I think this is a fantastic pack in my opinion, I love the exclusive Thomas variant included. I think my favorite diecast in this wave next to Thomas has to be James. I think Henry looks good but he’s not perfect, Percy is also pretty good, tho I find it weird that his number 6 is a different font from how it is in the show. I wish Annie and Clarabel used unique molds rather than reusing the 2019 molds, but I still love this pack for what it is.
