I'm a writer with a lot of enthusiasm for discussing and analyzing media - especially 🌈 media 😉 - and I want to share my passion with you! I prefer the term "appreciator" over "critic" because I try to approach everything from a positive perspective and find the elements I like in a piece - even if that's slightly less entertaining or clickable than cynical bashing can be. I'm hoping to fill this channel with a lot of insightful content that helps my viewers think more critically about films and shows they may have already seen, and encourage them to watch things they might have otherwise passed over. Media presents such an incredible opportunity for storytelling and representation and I want everyone to find as much joy in watching and rewatching as I do 🤗
