For Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m making a video about how dogs can bring comfort and support during hard days.
If you’d like to be part of it, you can send:
• a short clip or photo of your dog
• your dog’s name (optional)
• their breed (optional)
If you’re comfortable, you can also share:
• something that helps you when you’re having a hard time
• advice or a message for someone struggling
• something you wish people understood about mental health
You don’t have to show your face or share anything personal if you’re not comfortable.
The goal is just to spread positivity and remind people they’re not alone. Your dog might help brighten someone’s day more than you know 🤍
