It's been three years since I made a written post, three years since the journey that took me to the depths of my shadows; it was necessary; it was beautiful, and I am so deeply grateful for it.

What I learned in 2020:
•David R Hawkins description of Ecstasy states is accurate 🤣
•One can experience what feels like being in ‘mdma’ while sober just by deconstructing consciousness.
•Enjoying that state is great but it still has baby-self’s (ego) preferences; there is something beyond it: Peaceful Bliss.
•The only way to transmute the less preferable energies in this planet is through Love.... and there’s no healer.... as the field just uses the being’s vessel as a conduit for God’s Love to heal others.
•When we embody unconditional love, the ‘seemingly outside world’ loves us back.
•The higher our vibrational frequency the easier we create/project what we wish, as the field just works for us not against us.
•Nothing matters 🤷🏽‍♀️ and that’s liberating 🤣
•I can love multiple beings at once, (all mankind😝)with the same love I would have for my own child.
• I have never been in my body, and I always knew this but I got to directly experience it.
•Every being is an energy field, and just by connecting through a portal like Instagram or zoom I can feel all their energies, the higher and the less preferable ones as well.
•Transmuting collective energies feels like the whole nervous system is burning, on fire, but the inner being (what we truly are) feels no pain.... still amazed at this one.
•Being by mySelf, during quarantine was the most blissful experience in this lifetime- no reflection of collective energies, no using the field to heal- I was able to be the floatiest and lightest ever.
•Solitude is bliss - this relates to the previous one 😝 am I ranting? 🧐 hahahaha
• Unconditionally loving all beings is awesome but it’s unbalanced if it’s not accompanied with wisdom.
• Silence and Self-Inquiry is the fastest most direct path to enlightenment.
•Connecting with beings that understand & resonate with our consciousness is beautiful and so nourishing.
•There’s no one writing, these words have no meaning, there’s no me and this already happened 😝
•I love you, but if wisdom tells me I should retreat I will 🤣 hahaha

The Light of the One Infinite Creator merges with you/me, feeling a cold sensation as the light body gets activated with the radiant Love of All There Is ~ there is a sense of calmness, serenity, peace. Thoughts dissolve into tiny spectrums of light ~ desires cease... There is a subtle whisper of Ommmmm, the sound of the Universe, the sound of God, the sound of Gaia 💚 The physical vessel is almost numb, lighter and lighter as a feather that could be moved by the soft, soothing wind 🌬 ✨✨✨Spirit, Radiance, Bliss🌄

Retreating in OneSelf 🍯hmmm - the continuous flow of the river of l i f e is ongoing, never ending, ever-present.. spirals of light projecting images on a screen, creating sequences, patterns, sensations, preferable scenes, neutral scenes, blissful scenes hmmm- it’s beautiful to rest in the awareness behind the scene, behind the reflection of light that’s chosen in the next now.. resting in that awareness One can enjoy the unfoldment of the sequence without attachment, without desire, not wanting any specific outcome, not rejecting consciousness either - Giving life / receiving life merged into constant Beingness mmm - being God consciousness - appreciating the scene, colors, flavors, sensations, themes, unfoldments but seeing it as transitory, as a blip, as just Isness hmmm ✨✨ Isness of the expression of life in that particular now- and as you/me read the next word... it’s another now- see the beauty of the flow? Exquisite when One rests in stillness. Objects may appear, beings, plays etc - but One is aware of the stillness, empty vessel allowing the light of God to beam through ✨✨✨💚✨✨✨

Innermost Self: Everything, All-ness, Nothingness. Awareness can only notice things that are not you/me/God. But who is the me that knows consciousness? Who is the me that is aware of awareness? Hmm... if I perceive something/someone as separate is because I am not resting in the I-I awareness. The I-I awareness knows that nothing is separate from itself - it’s all the same thing/one : Bliss, Aliveness, Creation, Existence, Mirror Consciousness 💫✨💫⚡️✨ Pure Light, Pure Love 🦋
