I love sharing the big and small adventures of my horses Blizz and Brisingr. I find myself at peace around horses and surrounded by nature. Taking on things that spark anxiety and apprehension is part of finding adventures. Release your inner viking is my motto for acknowledging those emotions and doing it anyway!

I’m still alive though not making videos yet. I did think you might find this interesting. I love wearing linens and wool and this for me at least confirms why.

Today I said farewell to Blizz. He made it to a ripe old age and it was time to let him go. He had such a rich and amazing life and touched so many people. He was the love of my life.
Please if anything, celebrate his life with me. Share a moment, photo or video of him. One more time center stage and a round of applause for my showhorse, my friend, my tutor and soulmate.

Brisingrs debut as a film horse.
Shot in 2022. He had to stand still there n the same place for a long time. His neigh is real (see his abdomen shake) There were peacocks around and people. And he also walked across the lawn followed by a drone. Here’s the video:

Hi there inner Vikings. I found this lovely video for you about how to make a viking dress. It’s pretty much the same as my tunic tutorial, but just longer as dresses tend to be longer than tunics :).

Sadly today we had to say goodbye to our viking chicken Ger. You’ve seen her in many a video, riding the wheelbarrow or my young horse and possibly getting hugs or looking for snacks in the background. She was the one special chicken and she died in my arms which was hard and wonderful at the same time. She was too young and we don’t know what ailed her. I had a good cry and tomorrow morning will be hard not seeing her in the barn during the normal morning ritual. I am blessed to have known her and even more blessed to have my other friends healthy and alive. Whether the have fur or just skins :)

Hi everyone. Just a quick thank you for sticking around. There have even been new visitors to the channel. I’ve been away now for so long. Some of you might have caught up via Instagram or Facebook. I am having a burn out. It a crazy thing to suffer from but it will all be okay with time. I’ll come out of it stronger and wiser. It is also the reason why I stopped filming and making videos. Though it brings me much joy I just do not have the energy or headspace to make vlogs.
Young Brisingr, my brave boy, is making wonderful progress as a vikinghorse. And old man Blizz is still here with us and doing well. Viking events have been few, but my inner Viking is still here and facing life head on. Hope you all are well. Much love ❤️
