Recipe: 1 cup chocolate chips ¼ cup butter ½ cup peanut butter 9 cups Chex mix 1 ½ cups powdered sugar Your favorite toppings (I used pretzels, mellowcreme pumpkins, and M&Ms)
Add the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter to a pot and melt on low heat, stirring until smooth. Pour the melted mixture over the Chex mix and gently toss until everything’s coated. Add the powdered sugar and mix, or shake everything together in a ziplock bag for easy cleanup. Spread onto a parchment-lined pan, add your toppings, and pop it in the fridge to set. Once chilled, transfer to a serving bowl.
