They're The Main Stars Of The Show, In the first episode, they’re shown to have a really close friendship with each other, with The Former feeling flattered after The Latter says he likes him the way he is after playing in the leaves. The Latter also encouraged him to race for the first time after the Monster Machines invited him to do so with them.
