It's been an extremely long time since my last video. I went through a lot during this period and i wanted to make a special video explaning some reasons of my absence.
I will be back at everything and also you will be able to have my help for your weight loss no matter where you are in the world :)

Cela fait très longtemps que je n'ai pas fait de vidéo. J'ai traversé beaucoup de choses pendant cette période et je voulais faire une vidéo spéciale expliquant les raisons de mon absence.

Bonjour à tous, pour information, j'ai fait ma dernière opération de chirurgie réparatrice le mercredi 6 janvier et c'est pour cela que je n'ai pas posté de vidéos depuis 1 mois car je me préparais pour l'opération et je tenais à m'en excuser.

Des vidéos sortiront prochainement sur les sujets suivants :

- le mental
- les opérations
- perte de poids confinement 2
- marathon que j'ai fait récemment
- etc

Je voulais vous demander plus particulièrement votre avis sur le format des vidéos (durée) idéal que vous souhaiteriez afin que cela soit le plus agréable pour vous. Je pense notamment à la vidéo sur les opérations que serait assez longue et je me disais que plusieurs vidéos (financement, déroulement, alimentation avant / pendant / après, etc) de 3 à 5 min serait mieux qu'une vidéo de 30- 40 min par exemple.

Qu'en pensez vous par exemple pour celle des opérations ?

Hello everyone, for your information, I did my last surgery on Wednesday, January 6th and that’s why I have not posted videos in 1 month because I was preparing for the surgery and I wanted to apologize.

I wanted to ask you in particular your opinion on the format of the videos (duration) ideal that you would like to make it the most pleasant for you. I think in particular of the video on operations that would be quite long and I thought that several videos (financing, hospital, nutrition before/ during/ after, etc.) of 3 to 5 minutes would be better than a video of 30- 40 minutes for example.

For English subscribers (si vous êtes français, cela concerne les abonnés parlant anglais :) )

As you know i'm French and my video are in French with subtitles in English (not all).
As you are a lot speaking english, i was wondering what would be the best for you in my future videos.

I speak english but not as native speaker, which means i make some mistakes but i ask you what you'd rather want in the futur : videos in french with english subtitles (takes a lot of time to translate but no mistakes) or a video in French (for french subscribers) and the same in English (with mistakes but no subtitles to read so more comfortable for you and much less time for me compared to translating)
