Paul has been growing and investing in people for over 30 years. Following decades working in the not for profit sector Paul has transitioned into a new season of empowering and building people through his initiative called Growing Big People.

He now focuses on three main passions - Communication, Leadership & Growing People. Paul’s down to earth practical wisdom for life approach to people has put him in demand as a keynote speaker all over the world. He believes that there is greatness in everyone but that most will never discover that without a champion to endorse and liberate that greatness.
