Another fun fact no one cares about:
The mesopotamian city hatra used to be a link between lots of civilizations including Greeks, Persians, Arabs, and mesopotamians ofc

Romans also but the only reason was because they wanted to conquer it many times but failed, making hatra one of the strongest cities because of it's high and stable walls

Mesopotamians usually used mud bricks and clay not stone which is why there aren't much locations and buildings to see like Greeks

But hatra is still standing and it's possible that's because Greeks influenced mesopotamians to use stones which is why this picture of that temple is still standing until now

Another fun fact that pissed me off: for Godzilla fans, in Godzilla X Kong, the sea serpent Tiamat appeared, but they really messed her up

Because the igigi were menaces so she decided to kill them along with her husband Abzu of the Absu...

Then Marduk the king of gods sometimes and most known hero in mesopotamian mythology split her into 2 halfs, the heaven and earth (Ki)
