Two months ago, my wife and I welcomed our beautiful twin daughters into the world. Ever since that moment, I’ve started to look at the world through their eyes. It’s taught me to slow down and step back from the churning hamster wheel of algorithms and AI. I put together this video as a response to the ever growing need to create with artificial intelligence. I’m trying to preserve the humanity in my videos, so I can proudly look back and show my daughters something real.

I recorded my wife's reaction to watching Star Wars for the first time.

It was magical, hilarious, and a lot of fun!

She told me, "If this video gets 100k views, I'll finally watch Lord of the Rings with you."

You know what to do, boys...

🎙️ The Silent Killer of Good Audio: Echo

You can have a $500 mic and still get bad audio if your space isn’t treated.

Echo makes dialogue sound cheap, distant, and unprofessional.

Quick fixes that make a big difference:

🔇 Throw a rug on the floor
🛋️ Record near soft furniture
🧥 Hang a blanket or jacket behind the mic
📦 Fill empty corners with pillows or boxes

And if you can, record in a smaller, softer space. Even a closet can beat a big, echoey room.

👂 Clean audio > fancy gear. Every time.

🎥 The Most Overlooked Camera Setting in Video Production

Everyone talks about ISO, shutter speed, aperture…

But I see way too many creators ignoring bit rate.

If you're exporting at a low bit rate, all that beautiful footage you're capturing is getting crushed.

Here’s a quick tip:

For 1080p: Export at 15–20 Mbps

For 4K: Export at 40–60 Mbps (or higher if you're uploading high-motion footage)

Higher bit rate = better image quality, especially after YouTube's compression.

Don’t let YouTube turn your cinematic work into a pixelated mess.

Real talk:
Not every project will be a masterpiece.
But every shoot is a chance to grow your eye and your instincts.
Keep showing up, keep pressing record. You’re building something real.
