This means that brands, both gaming and non-gaming, have ample opportunity to promote through YouTube among gamers - a very large and influential audience. What are gamers watching? What content do they like?
You might also think that video game videos are special, niche content. In fact, they are not much different from other content on YouTube: sports broadcasts, video tutorials, and unboxing (videos showing the unboxing of new products). All three of these types of content are well represented in the video game category as well.
