I have turned my life into an ongoing journey of resilience and growth. After years of battling self doubt and depression, I began to rebuild my mindset through self-reflection, mindfulness and determination. While I have made significant progress, I recognize that personal transformation is an ongoing process as I continue to work toward a better version on myself. I am sharing my story and the tools I have used, that helped me inspire others facing a similar struggles. My journey is a testament to the power of persistence, positivity and hope, even in the face of ongoing challenges.

This ARTIST always painted Americana Nostalgic paintings of people’s amateur photography. He bought some slides from the 50’s on EBay, and found his MUSE. Kay Conley, 3900 slides and paintings galore, he found her family and they shared so many memories. This is a must watch.
