Deputy Commissioner Inspects Special Camps for Electoral Services
Deputy Commissioner, U.T. Chandigarh, Shri Nishant Kumar Yadav, IAS, today made surprise visits to various polling station locations to review the functioning of the two-day Special Camps for Electoral Services being organised on August 08 and 09, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday) across Chandigarh as per the schedule of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

During the visits, the Deputy Commissioner inspected the arrangements at the polling stations and interacted with Booth Level Officers (BLOs). He directed the BLOs to actively assist and guide citizens visiting the camps for electoral services.
