Hi, I’m Torsha Sinha
This channel is my voice—for those who were never given one.
What started as a search for clarity led me to something deeper: the understanding of my Swadharma—my true responsibility.
And my Swadharma is this—
to speak when silence is easier,
to question what we’ve been taught to accept,
and to stand for animals whose suffering is ignored, hidden, or normalized.
This is not just about awareness—it’s about honesty. About choosing to see, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Because compassion isn’t selective. And once you see the truth, looking away is no longer an option.
I’m not here to fit in or stay quiet. I’m here to speak, to challenge, and to stand for the voiceless.
Stay, if you’re ready to see differently.

I want to share something honestly with you.
When I started this channel, my intention was clear—I wanted to talk about mental health, and I wanted to bring the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita into our modern lives. I had read it multiple times, and it genuinely helped me find clarity in some of my darkest moments. I hoped it could do the same for you.
And it did… not just for you, but for me as well.
I truly enjoyed creating that content. It felt meaningful.
But somewhere along the way, the very teachings of the Gita—the ones that taught me about truth, about courage, about dharma—started pushing me toward something deeper. Something I could no longer ignore.
Because the Gita doesn’t just teach peace of mind.
It teaches Swadharma—your true calling. The path that is yours, even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when it asks you to stand alone. Even when it changes everything.
And I’ve been feeling it strongly:
This… is not where my journey ends.
There’s a voice inside me that refuses to stay quiet anymore. A voice that wants to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves. A voice that feels restless watching suffering and choosing silence.
And I’ve realized—
This is my dharma.
Not just to understand truth, but to stand for it.
So I’m making a change.
This channel will no longer be focused on mental health and Gita in the way it was before. Instead, I’m shifting toward something I feel deeply connected to—speaking for the voiceless.
I know this may not be what some of you signed up for.
And that’s okay.
If this new direction doesn’t resonate with you, you’re completely free to unsubscribe. There’s no expectation, no pressure.
But if something in you connects with this…
if you feel the same discomfort, the same pull toward questioning what we’ve always accepted…
then you can stay.
Not just as an audience, but as someone standing with me.
To everyone who has supported me so far—thank you. Truly. You’ve been part of my journey, and that will always matter.
This is a new chapter.
And I’m choosing to follow my dharma.
