We are Nick and Sarah a couple originally from the UK who relocated to Spain over 20 years ago. We have an old village house in Andalucia but have spent the last 8 years exploring Europe in a 33 year old campervan. Then, last year while completing an unexpected van build (long story) we bought some remote off grid land in Portugal having never seen it.
Join us every Thursday as we turn our Off Grid land into a little piece of paradise and explore more of this amazing continent in our new very unique home on wheels.
We hope to inspire others to follow their dreams... and believe that 'anything is possible'.

Back on our little plot of happiness!! (there’s a good name!)🏡🌿.. Just in time for some crazy torrential rain, we did want to see this place at its worst!! January, possibly the coldest and wettest month here?! Time to have a proper look around to see if we have any soggy areas, ponds or even rivers running through..😅, will have a new video coming tomorrow (Thursday) of our journey here and what was waiting for us🫣.. It’s Thursday.. YES- THERE WILL BE A NEW YOUTUBE VIDOE TONIGHT😊.. And every Thursday for the matter, just like there always has been from us😁😉… Last week we spoke about taking a step back to try and focus a little more on us and what we really want and to try and enjoy every moment and soak it all in… Traveling full time like this is amazing of course and we feel very privileged to have this life together and call this our job, but it also has been taking a lot out of us recently.. As mentioned in last weeks vlog, things are going to be a little more chilled around here, we’re not going to put too much pressure on ourselves, instead we’ll be going with the flow, enjoy everyday, live in the moment and do what makes us happy😁.. Life is short and none of us know what’s around the corner.. Moving forward, you can expect to see 2 happy people and 2 happy doggies doing what they love doing and sharing it to inspire others to hopefully do the same, or you can just follow along for some positive vibes and fun loving adventures!! .. Happy Sunday Folks.. Having a chill today before heading down to the van.. Summer has definitely arrived and enjoying the morning sunshine☀️.: We’ve got some really lovely weather this week so we’re heading out on a mini adventure 🚐.. whoop whoop! Plan is to swim in the sea (no matter how cold it is🥶) Get on the SUP board (no matter how the waves are🌊) Have lots of nice food out 🥘 and in the van 🍲.. Probably a few cheeky beers too 🍻..
