Looking for some game changers who like to think differently and break the rules on traditional marketing.

We believe that attention beats marketing 1000% of the time, and as PT Barnum said, “Something terrible happens without promotion…nothing!”

We have a big vision for the future of Banana Ball and our six teams for 2026 and beyond. We are looking for hungry and passionate people to share and create epic content for our fans year round.

We hire unconventionally and you will see we have a full test drive as one of the first steps. As Steve Jobs said, “No one knows what they want until you show it to them.”

We want to see your work and see how it can live in our creative culture and hopefully plus the experience for our fans.

After we see your work then we go through the interview process and have you produce a future resume and conduct culture interviews with our team.

This job is not for everyone. It would require you to live in Savannah. We travel throughout the year, work hard and fast and long hours. We surround ourselves with A players who produce at the highest standard. We don’t rest on our laurels and we will never stop plussing the experience for our fans.

For the ones that are ready for the ride of a lifetime in Bananaland, we welcome you with arms. It’s showtime!

I'll never forget this moment. This is when I realized my dream was over.

It was here that my life changed because of an injury. What I had worked on my entire life was now over. And it was done just like that.

I now had no clue what I was going to do. The vision I had for my life of playing baseball was gone.

Here as I'm battling tears and you can feel my despair, it's hard to see how this turned out to be one of the greatest blessings in my life.

While this one vision was over, I was onto the next.

And after weeks of pondering what to do with my life, I received an email about an internship to work in the front office of a college summer baseball team. I took it to see if I could have fun trying to make the game more fun for fans.

Two months later, I got offered the job as a GM of a small team in Gastonia. At 23, I took the job, read everything I could about PT Barnum and Walt Disney to try to get fans excited about seeing a baseball game, and slowly started to reimagine the baseball experience.

10 years later, Emily and I are started the Bananas with an even a bigger vision for the game and our fans.

I've learned that how you view things is how you do things. And the greatest opportunities often come from the greatest obstacles.

We all have breakdowns and deal with challenges and adversity that we are never prepared for...but it's how we respond and what we do next that matters most.

You never know, that next thing may be what you were truly meant to do. Looking back, the injury was truly one of the best things that ever happened happened to me.

Why are some companies fighting inflation while others are raising prices left and right? 💸

In this video, we dive into Costco’s legendary $1.50 hot dog, Arizona Iced Tea’s 99¢ cans, and how the Savannah Bananas are breaking the mold by putting fans first. 🙌

These brands prove that you can deliver value, build loyalty, and create fans for life without cutting corners or squeezing customers. Curious how they do it? Watch now and find out! 🎥👇

Excited to finally share the FULL conversation I had with Gary Vee five years ago! So much has happened since then, and I’m incredibly grateful for his advice and the impact it’s had on this journey. Let’s go!
