I've heard many people say, "I will not go to church because they embarrassed me in that church."
"I will not pay thithes because all Pastors are thieves."
All sorts, name them.
I was actually embarrassed in church once because one female usher said I didn't dress well. The other ushers didn't have a problem with the way I was dressed, and honestly, there was nothing wrong with the way I was dressed.
I felt the woman was just picking on me and being nasty because I'm extra careful with what I wear to the house of my father.
This whole incident didn’t stop me from going to church, neither did it stop me from worshipping Jesus.
This is because my relationship with christ is beyond all of that.
You say all pastors are thieves, fine.
Calculate all the money given in offerings and thithes. Is it enough to feed the pastor and his family for a whole year?
I'm not sure.
Even if your pastor is a thief, you gave the money to God.
I can go on and on with this, but what is the point I'm trying to make?
Grow up as a Christian.
Get to a level where your relationship with God can not be weakened by external factors or by anything at all.
Remain steadfast.

TAKE YOUR LIFE AWAY FROM THE HANDS OF MEN
Don't let people lead you away from your destiny or get you to do things that are contrary to God's will for your life.
Your life should be guided by God's principles.
You should be focused only on the things God has asked you to do and not what others think is best for you.
People can lead you astray, sometimes unconsciously, sometimes as a deliberate act of wickedness.
Be determined to follow the plans of God for your life and destiny alone.
Why should you follow the plans of God for your life?
Because his thoughts towards you are good.
God wants to see you prosper.
God has your best interest at heart.
Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Jeremiah 29:11 (MSG) I know what I'm doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.
God's thoughts towards you are for good, as he has clearly stated.
Can you be sure of men's thoughts towards you?

The people around you may not always know what's best for you.
They may advise you wrongly, not because they are evil or they mean you bad.
They mean you well and think they're advising you out of love, but unbeknownst to them, that path leads to destruction.
Listen to people with an open mind. But act only when you've heard from God.
