I wanted to share a gentle update. I’ve created a new space on Substack where I’m writing more personally — sharing cozy plant-based food, wellness, and life notes in a quieter, more intentional way. (no worries I will continue our Sunday premier videos each week)

There is free content there for anyone who just wants to read and stay connected. And there’s also a paid option for those who want to support more deeply and receive longer, more personal letters and recipes. There is absolutely no pressure either way.

I also wanted to be transparent and share that I’ve closed my YouTube memberships. I learned that a very large portion of that support was being taken by the platform, and I wanted to move support to a place where it actually reaches me more directly.
