All courses from Master Zidong are wonderful, but the Taoist Yin-Yang breathing course takes it to yet another level. Since I learned about the course I was drawn to it and I am so happy I did listen to my intuition. This course is absolutely wonderful 🥰 We breathe all the time however we don’t really pay attention to it. The Taoist Yin-Yang breathing course teaches us how to use our breath to obtain remarkable results in improving our health. I have been practicing for about 3,5 weeks now, and even though I am still learning to integrate the healing sounds to the Yin- Yang breathing I have already noticed some wonderful results. "56 Min daily routine full body practice review
I purchased this course 2 months ago, after a realisation that something had to change. The first month was extremely challenging. I had broken my left ankle twice and was recovering from a 6 month illness. I discovered my left leg was a lot weaker than the right. After a month, I was able to squat and stand without assistance, my nagging pain in my back had eased, and my whole body felt lighter. At the 2 month point, I am now focussing on opening my hip joints - and I'm delighted to report that I can sit on the floor again. "It is a life changer
I don't know how to express my gratitude. I have suffered from allergic bronchitis for the last thirty years. I am 56 now. With every season change, I get cold at least twice. Every time the cold progresses to a running nose, sneezing, throat infection, cough, and then bronchitis. I have to take inhaler, antibiotic, anti allergy tablet, and broch dilater tonic. Once the bronchitis gets over with medication, I start getting the side effects. It takes me more than a month to recover.
Recently, I bought this course out of curiosity. I gave it a try for one or two days. In the meantime, I got a cold from a colleague sitting next to me.
