“Here's some feedback I'd like to share, I hope it's helpful:
“The Full Body Practice is somewhat of a challenge, especially the hip pressing, on one side, as I have had very restricted hip mobility since a child...possibly influenced by scoliosis. But, I am able to get my foot up as high as 2 1/2' now, whereas when I began , 16" was the limit. The shoulder-pressing is helping, also, though slow. My age is likely why (72). I am happy with the program, and follow your UTube videos, also, and try most. I began nearly 3 years ago with those...I could not do horse stance at all...and that has changed a lot. I have surprised my friends and my family with all I can do now...so, to encourage others that these things can take a long time for improvement: don't quit! Be patient and keep going! It is worth it! Thanks to Master Zidong and the whole Team! Peace.”
