After 11 days away at the RHS Spring Show (we won a gold medal and best in show just sayin'), here are some shots from my next video, which lands very soon.
I built an iwagumi aquascape to replace my white noise machine. The video is now live, contains some very cool creatures, and legitimately creates the most relaxing sound in the world (even if it makes me want to pee more)
I've created an updated terrarium guide for 2025. It has been 6 years since I started Worcester Terrariums and I've learned a bunch on this journey that I want to share with you in this next video. It's dropping soon so keep your eyes peeled!
I've always wanted to transform an iMac G3 into a terrarium, but I had no idea how much of a pain in the butt it would be!
That said, once the internals were stripped out, the case turned out to be almost perfect for a terrarium. The slight conical shape towards the back adds a nice sense of depth, even though the interior dimensions are roughly 14x14x14 inches. It even has built-in 'air holes' at the top and front, a deep area for substrate, and enough space to fit a uvb and grow light.
This was such a fun project, and I’m super pleased with how it turned out!
