Hi my name is Anna, and I’m a 200 hr certified yoga/meditation teacher and a mental health advocate. I’m very passionate about introducing others to a path of healing and wellness through breath work, meditation, nutrition, and movement. In addition, I’ll be sharing everything that has helped me along the way in my own journey of managing anxiety and PTSD. My hope is to build a space that is calming, helpful, and safe.
