Your brain is lying to you. Constantly.
Got It is a channel about why you do the things you do and why most of it makes no sense until someone explains the science behind it.
We cover psychology, neuroscience, evolution and the weird mechanics of being human.
Why you can't focus?
Why you feel empty for no reason?
Why ancient humans figured out things we forgot?
Why your motivation works the opposite way you think it does?
No motivational speeches.
No "you got this" energy.
Just the actual reason your brain is doing what it's doing explained in stick figures.
New video every 5-7 days. Shorts in between.
Subscribe if you like the boring answer that turns out to be the deep one.
Got It
100 of you.
That's 100 people who decided that
dry, slightly uncomfortable science
about why you do the things you do
was worth their time.
I appreciate that.
More coming. You got it.

Got It
Quick question before tomorrow's video.
When was the last time you got genuinely angry
— not frustrated, not annoyed — actually angry
— and let someone see it?
Not vented. Not passive-aggressive. Actually
showed it.
Most people can't remember. There's a reason
for that.

Got It
Question.
When was the last time you actually cried in front of someone?
Not "got emotional during a movie next to your partner."
Not "voice cracked on a phone call."
Cried. In a room. With another human present.
Most of us can't remember. That's not normal — and there's a
reason for it that nobody talks about.
(This is connected to the next video. Friday.)
