Any Sims players in my feed? I’ve heard the news about the sale of EA to a bunch of private investors and I’m lwk worried.

I’ve played the Sims 4 since I was in third grade and love it with a solid 79% of my heart. And 79% of the money I’ve ever spent has gone to that game.

EA is now being sold to a strange assortment of private investors whose beliefs don’t align with mine, and I’m anxious. I’m aroace and genderqueer, and since I’ve known this, I’m confided in the Sims for pride-related content. Because of this sale, will this representation, as with other representation in other EA games, be removed? It’s worrying as hell.

I’ve never actually made Sims content for this channel, but I was planning to as soon as I got a better set up. Now those plans will likely be nullified.

And there’s virtually nothing I can do.
