From his robotic arm can copy people's abilities multiple people at a time but not able to permanently steal them and or steal his arm can transform into different things too like a arm blaster and shoot lasers or into a any he can use he carries weapons on his removable belt like knifes guns or his own gadgets like rayguns, death rays, retractable claws swords and axes and more but he can use back tubes and rip them out not effecting him and shoot you with them as a extra attack the belt can also appear and reappear when needing a weapon.

Main target his arm or his face since his eye is weak just weaken it more to where he will be blind for a second then his back holds a connection like tubes to his arm and to to his blood stream giving him his power so target that too to rid his power core and if his arm is destroyed that will get rid of him for a while since most of his attacks are from his arm reminding him of the warehouse accident gives him ptsd and will crash out on a rampage.
