Ya’ll this has been heavy on my heart. Right now and appropriately so folks are collecting and taking much needed disaster relief supplies to the victims of Helene. When the water recedes, the chaos is sorted, and families start to rebuild it’s going to be the Christmas season. As a Father that would just be adding insult to injury to know I just lost everything materialistic in this world from a Natural Disaster and am trying to rebuild a life for my family, but have to somehow tell them because of all of that we won’t be able to provide you with gifts for Christmas this year. Last year my buddy Jake from Dog Creek Farms gave us the idea of doing a toy drive for the first time ever and the community really stepped up with the donations. Which we delivered to Potters Children’s Home in Bowling Green, KY and PACT Women’s Shelter in Salem, IN. For our 2nd Annual Toy Drive we will be collecting toys at The Homesteaders Hoedown and the following week until the morning of the 9th of November to deliver to families in Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina impacted by the Floods from Helene. For folks who can’t make it out to the event and want to send a monetary donation towards providing Christmas for these families a Venmo link is available or if you’d like to simply ship a toy via Amazon or some other method to me for delivery to these children private message me and I’ll give you my mailing address. In a world that at times seems so dark there is one thing I know to be true, in moments like these the good in us all shines bright and stands up for our neighbors! Let’s Save CHRISTMAS

There will be Vendors
There will be ample time to network with one another!!!! It’s a social event.
There will be an old fashioned pitch in pot luck around the fire at the end of the day

We are looking forward to having so much fun with the community that day!
