Art We There Yet?

Two artists on an epic adventure. Alaska to Argentina in a bus turned art and recording studio on wheels. All in the name of ART.

Art We There Yet is a project to create art that highlights the challenges, diversity, and shared humanity of peoples across the Americas. Aboard a bus converted into an art and recording studio, we are traveling Alaska to Argentina, creating a vast portfolio of art.

Photography, film, paintings, and music, all inspired by the peoples and landscapes of the Americas. We also connect with communities, facilitating community murals and songwriting workshops.

Why? Because art is powerful. We use the arts to illustrate that diversity is our greatest strength, emphasizing our shared humanity. We also believe everyone deserves access to arts education, so we work to provide programming in communities that need it the most.

Hey AWTY Family!

Coming to you from Bobby Bus, where we are deep in the post-production of Episode 13! Here are a few glimpses of what this episode has in store.

The post-production of this episode is particularly intensive, but we couldn’t be more happy with how it is turning out. In short - it’s kicking our butts, but in the best way.

This particular chapter packed so much punch. The scenery was off-the-charts, the history was fascinating, and the surprises just kept coming.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to work hard on this episode. It really is just the two of us, crafting each episode from the ground up. And while it is SO MUCH WORK, we still cannot believe that this is our job. It’s all thanks to YOU - for watching each episode, for being as excited about nature, history, adventure, and learning as we are. Thank you for giving us the best job in the world, and for appreciating how much effort and care we put into every chapter.

Here’s to Episode 13! Stay tuned!

Happy New Year | Feliz Año Nuevo!

Coming to you from the glorious Pacific Northwest, where we just rang in the New Year with family.

2025 was the year of the Yukon and British Columbia. Now we are excited to see what adventures 2026 has in store.

Of course, we know what the first few months of 2026 will look like. We’ll be hunkered down, editing Episodes 13-18, which document some incredible stories across British Columbia.

In short, Bobby is going to be parked for a while, and we will be in 100% post-production mode. We worked our tushies off getting all the footage for these upcoming episodes, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

Thank you for sharing in 2025 with us. Thank you for your support, for being with us in spirit, and for appreciating the work we do. Now here’s to a whole new set of adventures together in 2026!

We hope that wherever you are in the world, 2026 brings you health, happiness, and beautiful memories on this next trip around the sun ❤️

Happy Holidays to you & yours!

Despite our very best efforts to avoid winter driving conditions, there were a few “snow situations” during the filming of our BC episodes. This was one such moment when we were caught off guard.

But heck, when the result is a scene like this one, maybe it’s okay to be caught off guard every now and then ☺️❄️

Sending all our love and wishes for a beautiful holiday and happy new year! - C & J

Art We There Yet?

And that’s a wrap, folks!

Yesterday, a few big chapters came to a close.

First, we wrapped up four months of adventuring and filmmaking across British Columbia. We filmed eight episodes (two of which you’ve seen) and cut it close, dodging winter as we filmed our way south. Yesterday, we closed up our last day of filming as we put Bobby on a boat and crossed the Strait of Juan de Fuca.

That also means…that yesterday, we said goodbye to Canada for good. Our time in Canada has been enriching beyond belief. We leave with full hearts, lifelong friendships, and experiences that will be hard to beat. Canada, we love you 🇨🇦

Now that we’re back in the USA, we are taking a short break to spend Christmas and the New Year with family. Then it’s back to the grind, editing all those British Columbia episodes yet to come.

Stay tuned!
