Coming back to rise and seeing how monsters in world don't directly attack you with others like Tobi Anjanath Great Jagras Dodogama Uragaan don't attack you until you attack them and rise doesn't follow this besides some monsters making sense like for example
Astalos and Chaotic Gore Magala
Their ecology is attacking anything in their sight
So I think wilds has it better too like world
