I arrange and record covers of video game music with an emphasis on melody, harmony, rhythm, and timbre. And maybe dynamics and decent mixing if I'm feeling fancy.

Seymour's battle theme! It has some challenging parts but was a really fun one to be able to play.

Hey guys, a new Star Ocean video featuring Cutting Edge of Notion, The Incarnation of Devil, Star Ocean Forever, and Into the Undiscovery Ocean is now live on the Composite page!

We recorded this live during our rehearsal for the VGMCON performance and it was a blast to really get to play some Sakuraba in person with a band again after a long time.

More videos like this to come soon!

Hey everyone!

I'm announcing a new band that I'm a part of, Composite! We're a synth prog trio with me on keyboards and the awesome Roland Laracuente and Andrew Gossett on bass and drums respectively.

We're excited to let you know that we'll be playing live at VGMCON this year and we'll be performing a full set of arrangements of lots of Star Ocean, and Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger and other games. You can see more details on the VGMCON site: vgmcon.org/guests/composite/

In addition, going forward new YouTube videos for our arrangements will be posted to the new Composite Band YouTube channel. We've just uploaded the first video now - an arrangement of On No! WASPS!! by our drummer Andrew!

We have a lot of material worked up for this project already, and we'll be releasing new videos for all of them soon. I'm very excited about this project and hope that any of you who've enjoyed my Sakuraba covers will find this interesting!

I arranged Serpent Eating the Ground from Bravely Default which just released on the Pixel Mixers channel. I originally planned to release this on my channel but I've decided not to since it would just be a duplicate video.

Please check it out if you're interested as it is one of the largest collaborative projects I've worked on and features 28 musicians including myself.
