Do things that make you uncomfortable. Do not overshare. Be a good person. Don’t be a people pleaser. Let your past be what it was and move on from it. Work hard. Work harder when you’re on a mission. Don’t announce your plans. Just do them. Love your friends and family and tell them often. Have quiet time to yourself. Keep your circle small. Exercise more. Be grateful. Believe in yourself. Think for yourself. Saying no is okay. Know your worth. My relationship is private. Not everyone will like you. Therapy really works wonders. Negative emotions start with your thoughts. Thoughts can be controlled. Thinking you have time is crazy. What you want will come. Consistency does work. I love yall. ❤️
