125kg + back injury β†’ Ironman training

I was once 125kg and dealing with a serious back injury. I was told to avoid sports forever.

Instead of giving up, I chose to rebuild β€” slowly, consistently, and realistically.

This channel follows my journey of training for long endurance events while living a normal life: work, recovery, setbacks, fun and everything in between. No shortcuts. No pro background. Just showing up and doing the work.
