Emotions are basic nature of human , every human have emotions like cry , happy , sad , angry and many.
In psycology it is told that emotions help us to express ourself , like when we're happy we smile , when we're sad we look down , when someone crosses limit we get angry . its NORMAL.

But in some situation we need to control our emotions , for something or someone . And also in our society it is taught us to be brave , stay strong not cry and this type of things. But in reality we should express our emotions like u know in psycology it is told that the person who don't express their emotions often feels most lonely .

and sometime wedon'thave anybody ro express ourself , so try to write ur thoughts , comfort urself , hug urself and tell " i'm with myself if no one is there " or cry alone but plz express ur emotions 😶☹️.

And also mens in society are often said to be brave not to cry its not good , like as i told everyone is having right to cry , express themselves .

And listen carefully CRYING DOESN'T MAKES YOU WEAK.....
So , its ok to CRY , its ok to be ANGRY .

I can't understand but think that why the hell people s€xu@lize everything , like seriosly even if u eat something in public they have double meaning for it .
Fruits , vegtables , chocolates , even basic things like milk and all is also have double meaning .
Like they don't have sister , brother , mother , father at home , not even boys even girls are even doing this .
And thinking they are looking super Cool .
Like one day i was eating banana , it is fruits but classmates were giving me the look like what the hell i'm doing.

Changes is normal thing in society and world , its a universal fact that changes occurs .
Date , time , month , years , age , facial features , behaviour , everything changes but we human don't like this chnages sometime .
Like may be u were topper in ur childhood now at this age u may be average and low . And u may feel very demotivated by this like why i can't do ? , why this happened ? And many many questions.
But changes alone don't decide ur future , its just one factor there are many other factors too that affect ur future , that can be , ur interest , hardwork , passion and many 😶.

So , WE SHOULD TRY TO ADAPT US according to changes but don't change our real SELF.
