Huge apologies to everyone. There wont be a video this week. I made some Cabana Balls, based on a Cabana Chocolate Bar from the 1980s. They have coconut, glace cherries and caramel inside chocolate. Unfortunately I didn't record video when I was coating them in chocolate, as I was rushing to get something ready for today. As a result I am just posting this picture of the balls. I will be back next Saturday with a video, I hope.

Thinking about Christmas? Now is the time to think about a Christmas cake, as well as other Christmas bakes. Some Christmas cakes are best made weeks in advance. For instance I have a 3 video series of making a Christmas Cake, adding the marzipan and then adding Royal icing. I have pulled all my favourite bakes for Christmas into a playlist.

Just to let everybody know that there wont be a video going online tomorrow. The weather is too hot to bake and I have cricket and golf that needs to be watched. However since the summer appears to have arrived maybe it's time to make some fruit tarts.

Hello Everybody. Unfortunately I wont be able to post a video today. My iMac, which I use for editing, failed overnight. It means that the video I edited yesterday cannot be accessed. I have to buy a new computer and edit the video again. That is going to take some time, since I have to wait for the computer to arrive, then get it set up. Then I have to edit the video again. Hopefully it wont be too long. Thanks for your patience.
