IDW Sonic the Hedgehog, Vol. 20: Cause & Effect Is now available & Issue 83 Is out on 24 December In a few weeks time and the final story of the Stage Is Set. Then we move on to a new story arc A Robotic Family Reunion In Issue 84 coming out 28 January 2026. It's going to be amazing next year for the IDW Sonic comics with Sage appearing In the comics.

This Is my IDW Sonic & DC x Sonic comics collection of 309 different variant covers In the series. This Is my first time getting into comic collecting and reading my first Sonic comic which Is the IDW Sonic comics series.

I just enjoyed collecting them and the cover arts and supporting the artists too.

Looking back at the DC x Sonic comic crossover what has been your favourite part of the comic?

For me I love when Shadow & Batman meet for the first time both talking about their background stories to each other.

Also I enjoyed collecting the full cover set of the comic artwork too. Did you collect the comics as well?

Some sad news about the IDW Sonic Chasing Shadows have been cancelled unfortunately 😔 We all been waiting for this to come and myself been looking forward to this as well. You can read the statements from Kiel Phegley & Mauro Fonseca (Artist)

It's such a shame It has come to this and the project they both must've of worked hard on this too. What do you think of all of this?

What are you most excited for IDW Sonic Issue 82 next week? For me I wanna find out more about Lunar/Soleil Personality and alternative ego too. Also IDW Sonic Issue 83 Is out on 24 December Christmas Eve and Evan Stanley has confirmed that Sonic Frontiers will happen after this issue (Issue 83) making this the last issue that chronologically takes place before the game which I am excited about that too.
