some reminders 🦦🦋 • first - stop abandoning yourself. you abandon yourself when u don’t trust that feeling. when you call yourself ugly. & when u think ur feelings are dangerous. you deserve to feel safe.

second - i will not compare myself to anyone. my timeline is unique to me. that is the nature of life. there are no two leaves that grow the same. i abandon myself when i doubt that its not possible just bc it looks different. i am different that is inherent to life. allow

third - happiness is safe. it is okay to be happy. it’s okay to be relaxed. you won’t be hurt. you won’t be tricked. you will just be more at peace. and that is a frequency that can change the world
