My name is Tiffany Nicole Grier -aka- LayD~T. I am a 1st first responder/911 dispatcher, and EMT. I've experienced a lot of trauma growing up that I didn't know was trauma. I was not aware that I had triggers until I became a 911 telecommunicator. It almost destroyed me, however I cried and cried, and screamed at God for everything He was allowing me to go through within my overall life, somehow I figured out how to survive, show up broken & damaged, and overcome while still serving & saving my community from their personal trauma's & losses. One prayer, one phone call, and one conversation at a time.
Join me as I am still on the road to healing. I'm going to give you the language, the safe space, tools, resources, as well as community, that I didn't have. It's not perfection, it's progress.

Hear me when I say....This is my collard green plant. It grows best in my winter garden, I harvested the seeds, cut the branches back to the main stem, and look what is doing! Hear Me When I Say.... It's something about walking by faith and not by sight that is scary, a little uneasy, and yet still comforting all at the same time. God's word says, "My grace is sufficient". It truly is!
I don't know how this transition from 6-4 employment to full time wealthy entrepreneurship, public speaker, author, advocate, professional model, actress, & seamstress, is going to play out. However, I do know as long as I have God on my side, I'm going to succeed. I don't want it any other way. 🙏🏾🙌🏾🤟🏾
