I have the worst fucking headache and I feel like I'm shaking like crazy and I'm probably not even shaking that much but it feels like SO MUCH. what is HAPPENING ughhh why can't I have one good night
Chronic fatigue and depression are kicking my ass I'm starting to rot (literally, my skin is peeling off) and I gotta take a shower and even though it's been a few days I can't for the life of me get myself to take one
So I found out the red, itchy, flakey patch of skin on my wrist is mostly likely psoriasis. Which explains a lot, actually. I used to have dry elbows that would bleed back in school, and that makes more sense now. And now I know my insane amount of dandruff is probably linked to my psoriasis! So, tomorrow, since I'm going to the doc for a bloodtest, imma go to the pharmacy to grab some steroid cream so I can finally get rid of this flare up on my wrist! I might also pick up the strongest anti-dandruff shampoo I can find, or order some online. I think the Vichy Anti-Dandruff shampoo with 1% selenium sulfide and 1% salicylic acid is the best option I've got available in my country. Time to treat this properly!
