When life gives you vegetables, just make a colourful salad out of them. Just kidding, this salad tastes yum and favourite of my husband. 🙂
Easy to make, dice everything you want to put, I mean your chosen veggies, some black salt, red chilli podwer and a generous amount of lemon juice. That's it! Enjoy the magic.

So, 2025 was a year with loads of calmness and gratitude in my heart. The year was full of little surprises for me, and I chose to go with the flow.
Last year, I had taken loads of good rest and priotrised my health both mental and physical. I gave time to myself and enjoyed doing nothing on many occasions. From nothing, I mean not doing anything much at my work because I have cut down the chase, or become competitive of anything or anyone to be precise.
I was in the moment and let universe guide me through. But yes, it brought many good things too on various occassions. I participated in some Open Mics and enjoyed them thoroughly. I got invited to a Podcast, I completed 50 episodes of my Virtual Podcast Monalisa's Talk Show. I discovered this new hobby of making Visual Poetry Art and one of the pieces now adorns one of our bedrooms.
I hosted many dinner Pop-ups for my family, friends and Salon Staff members. Didn't know I could churn out so many delicious recipes in three hours of time. Found out this newer confident side of me, cheers to that! By the end of the year I had started baking cakes so well. For me baking had always been a rocket science, but now each cake comes out so well. Basically, I was able to overcome this fear of mine and I am super happy for that.
This New Year, I will be doing and trying newer things for sure, but one thing that I will always prioritise is keeping myself healthy and calm in the process. Godspeed 🙏

Christmas went well and joyous too. I was happy baking again. Actually, I am enjoying this now found hobby quite satisfying. Bonus part is my children are loving the cakes. Hope you had a great time too. Merry Christmas all ❤️✨️🎄

She immediately stood and went closer to the figure. Seeing Sujit standing in front of her, her eyes widened in complete shock. "You! How did you know I was here? Are you following me, Mister?" She enquired grumpily.

We went for a Dhaba day outing yesterday, and had some fun chit-chat along with the food. I love #dhabafood sometimes, it's an enjoyable indulgence I would say.
