God is so faithful, I tell you! 🙌🏽 He gives you a vision, and what He wants from you is not to ask, “How?” or “Will I be able to?” He doesn’t always call the qualified; He qualifies the called. 😭🔥

YESU ANAWEZA! This is truly a miracle, even to me. Till eternity, I may never fully understand how God has brought us this far. ONLY GOD! 🙌🏽😭🔥

We have seen God do wonders. We have seen lives changed, souls saved, testimonies born, and His name lifted high. 🙌🏽🔥

I’ve learned to always trust the One who gave me the vision, even when I don’t understand the process.

What started as a vision became a journey.
What looked impossible became a testimony.
And what God started, He has continued to sustain. ❤️‍🔥

This year, as we celebrate the 5TH EDITION OF YESU ANAWEZA NIGHT OF WORSHIP, I can only say:

EBENEZER! Thus far the Lord has helped us! 🙌🏽🔥

I was looking at the pictures from last year’s YESU ANAWEZA NIGHT OF WORSHIP, and I am honestly so excited when I see what the Lord did! 🙌🏽🔥

It gives me confidence to know that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we may ask or think! 🔥🔥

Beloved, this is a night I look forward to because I have seen the testimonies of what God has done in His presence. Sometimes people don’t come out to say what God did, and honestly, I don’t know why they don’t testify 😂🙆🏽‍♀️

But I can’t be quiet! I can’t keep calm! 💃🏽🔥
When I see what the Lord has done, I MUST testify!

As we testify, we give Him glory, and we believe He will continue doing us good. 🙏🏽❤️‍🔥

Like David, our victory is sure! 🔥🔥
This year, we are expecting greater things!

Keep us in your prayers as we prepare for this powerful night in His presence. Lives will be transformed, souls will be saved, destinies and dignity will be restored, and Jesus will be glorified! 🙏🏽🔥

“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not ALL His benefits.” Psalm 103:2

David says “forget not” because we can easily remember our problems and forget what God has already done.

And notice the word ALL. It means there are so many benefits too many to count! The big ones and the small ones, the obvious ones and the ones we sometimes take for granted. His forgiveness, healing, redemption, mercy, loving-kindness, protection, provision, preservation, and so much more.
Psalm 103:3–5

David was speaking to his own soul: “Don’t let today’s troubles make you forget yesterday’s goodness.” 🙌🏽

And this is the heart of our song “Mwema Kwangu”when you remember ALL His benefits, your heart can only respond:

“Bwana, Umekua mwema kwangu!”
Lord, You have been good to me! ❤️🔥

Don’t forget the big.
Don’t forget the small.
Don’t forget ALL His benefits! 🙌🏽

This is one of the secrets of David’s victory: he remembered His God. 🙌🏽🔥

He remembered who God was, what God had done, and His faithfulness through every season.

HALLELUYAAAH! THIS IS THE MONTH OF DELIVERY! 🎉🔥

At the 9th hour, Jesus gave His life on the Cross—the hour of atonement and the completion of the sacrifice for humanity. ✝️🔥 IT IS FINISHED!

The number 9 also reminds us of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, expressed in 9 beautiful qualities: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. 🍇🔥

Halleluyaaah! May this month be a month of completion, fulfillment and divine delivery! May you be filled with all the qualities of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and may this 9th month deliver every long-awaited testimony in your life.

May everything God has purposed for you come to completion. May September bring you restoration, favor and divine fulfillment, in Jesus’ precious name!

What a sacrifice Jesus made for us! 😭❤️ It’s always good to pause and meditate on what Jesus did for us and remember that Jesus said “IT IS FINISHED”
👉🏼not “I am finished!” 💃💃💃🔥

They thought by crucifying Jesus they had finished Him 🤣🤣🙆‍♀️ Yet what looked like defeat was actually God’s plan for our redemption!

The chief priests even said, “We have no king but Caesar!” 😭 Yet their King was standing right there! 👑

And Pilate wrote “JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS” on the cross. They tried to make him change it, but he said, “What I have written, I have written.” 😂🔥

But listen you cannot change what is truth! Jesus is KING! 👑🔥 No matter what people say, no matter what it looks like, He remains King!

And to someone reading this: Trust Him with that situation in your life that looks unfinished. ❤️ What looks like an ending may be the very place where God is working.

He is still in control. Don’t give up! 🙏🏽🔥

Peter was ready to FIGHT for Jesus! 😂🔥 He even cut off a soldier’s ear!

But the Jesus he was “fighting for” picked up the ear and RESTORED it! 🤣🤣🙆🏽‍♀️

Then, with all that power, Peter still denied Him.

Why? He was trying to fight a SPIRITUAL battle with physical strength.

After the Holy Spirit came, the same Peter became BOLD! 🔥

We need the HOLY SPIRIT! Without Him, we compromise. May our spirit be aligned with Jesus, not just our outward appearance. ❤️‍🔥🙏🏽
