This isn't really a podcast about answers. It's about sharing — the joy, the difficulty, the whole unfinished mess of a spiritual life, and finding out we're not carrying it alone.

Every Wednesday, that's what *Wisdom Hasn't Found Me Yet* is for. This week, episode three, we call it **Across the Table**.

I'm joined by my friend Russell Neese — Infinite Way student and practitioner — for a relaxed, unscripted conversation. No performance, no polish. Just two people talking honestly about the work of Joel Goldsmith, and what it actually looks like lived out.

Here's the thing about contrast: our own life is the only measuring stick we've got. Every struggle, every breakthrough, every quiet moment of clarity — it's ours, shaped by exactly what we've been through. But when we put that experience on the table and share it, something shifts. The differences stop mattering as much as the connection underneath them. I think that's close to what Goldsmith meant by the invisible — the thing that links us once we stop performing and start sharing.

That's what this is. Not me teaching at you. Us, sharing with each other.

This is were we will be from next week.

Notice to all from next week, My good friend and brother Russ will be visiting me from the good old USA.

We will be based here in Newtownabbey just outside Belfast until around the 7th of July, we will be in Dublin a few days and looking like we will travel around a bit for a few of the days.

A Contrast In Time


Midway upon the road of mortal years,
I found myself where glassed towers pierced the sky,
And ancient voices drowned in engines’ jeers.


Before me stood two gates of Time gone by:
One wrought of stone, where scribes in candlelight
Did chart the stars and let their prayers fly.


The other gleamed with cold electric white,
Where numbers flickered, soulless, without name,
And men bowed down to screens that stole their sight.


“Behold,” my Guide intoned, with voice like flame,
“The first built empires on the Word and dream,
The second builds a cage and calls it fame.”


In Dublin’s streets I saw the ancient stream
Still murmuring beneath the concrete shell,
While Wicklow’s hills bore witness, vast, supreme.


“O Socrates,” I cried, “what truth can dwell
Where every hour is bought, and sold, and timed?
Where souls are counted, yet no bell will tell?”


And Dante’s shade replied, in measure rhymed:
“Each age believes itself the final hour,
Yet Time’s a circle, not a line unclimbed.


The towers fall. The mountains keep their power.
The lie is loud. The truth endures in stone.
Choose, Pilgrim: serve the clock, or seek the tower.”


So I turned from the neon to the known,
From census-lies to winds on Wicklow’s crest,
And heard eternity speak in bone and bone.


For all that’s modern soon is laid to rest,
But what was sung in spirit, carved in light,
Outlasts the age, the algorithm, the jest.
