The Popple People

Welcome to Aspen Ridge! We are THE POPPLE PEOPLE & we got a Woodland Mills sawmill & then a John Deere crawler for our homestead! Our next project is attempting to build a tiny house log cabin using YouTube videos as our guide…is it possible?! Let’s find out!

Join us for some authentic country livin’ here on our vlog (video blog). Our YouTube channel features rustic country living, appreciating the little things, & the freedom you get from keeping life simple! Come on along for the ride & see where this adventure takes us!

The Popple People

Just wanted to post a quick channel update…you might have noticed that we haven’t been posting as often the past few months. We have had so much random stuff going on that has been pulling us in different directions & keeping us busy with other things. In addition to that, the Popple Pup is getting older & hasn’t been doing as well; with the imminent end that we know is coming, a lot of things simply haven’t been a priority for us because we want to spend as much quality time as we can with our sweet little brown dog. It has been too stressful for her to travel much or even to get back in the woods with us, & we just want her to be as happy as possible. Many things that we would otherwise do just haven’t been a priority this summer. We’ll get back to milling, etc when we can, & we hope to see you then!
