Your diet is like a romantic love story.
In the beginning you might fall for the most beautiful looking lover, just to realize it’s not enough to keep you around.
You might want to have a simple enjoyable relationship without feeling like the grass is always greener, still, you can’t commit to whoever you find is “good enough”….
Over time getting to know your love interest you figure out their patterns and what their strengths & weaknesses are, you realize it’ll take compromise, and you must appreciate their nature or it’ll be difficult to be happy together.
Now and then you’ll be tempted to leave your love partner, perhaps you cheated and regret it so much you can’t recover from it.
It’s important to keep your romance alive by putting in your attention, reignite that puppy love you found at first.
Instead of just sticking to the same old routine, without adding any thought into what you can do to boost the physical or emotional attraction to each other, you put in effort knowing it’s worth it.
You learn that comfort and safety might not always be enticing, but having trust in the fact you’ll feel GOOD long term sticking around wins over one night stands.
When you care about your partner you think twice before you call it quits, is it truly worth a moment of passion to gamble with what you’ve been building for a long time that keeps on growing stronger?

Why do you think I teach you how I provide body self care for my muscles?
I need it to feel the way my body LOOKS!
I’m one of those people who don’t care about proving myself to anyone else.
I’ve got no interest in training like I’m young and unstoppable, why when I can simply enjoy my current workout today?
All those insane fitness goals you choose like running marathons after 50 without ever training even power walking before, deadlifting more weight than ever just to lay in recovery for beyond 2 weeks, that’s not for me!
My body doesn’t care for being a workhorse with no soft sessions to recover, and my mind agrees it’s such a waste of life quality to forget enjoying what I’d call “slacking” by my younger self!
Personally, it’s a waste of time to track macros, keep wearing a Fitbit tracker, keep stepping on a body scale and keep checking my body composition.
What is it I NEED an external source of accuracy for? Am I that unaware of my own actions?
Oh man, I am beyond bored with the diet culture and body FIT LOOK obsession!
I couldn’t care less about these time sucking “wellness” herd practices!
I’m tired of food fears, nutrition orthodoxy and the emphasis on how to optimize and live according to guideline providing sources who probably don’t live up to any of that themselves!
Yeah I know I’m supposed to want to do plyometrics and train deadlifts to increase my physical strength, that’s ideal!
But hey, what is ideal gonna do for me when life keeps it REAL?
I love that my fitness life is BETTER than ever.
I’m so happy I just laugh at mind when or if it tries to instill some inferiority complex on me!
My goals aren’t based on the past, I’m enjoying what I do TODAY more than thinking about my PAST!
The fitness industry is like a 20 year old youngster with huge insecurities to deal with, that’s how I see it.

Hello Happy little Saturday! That's Thursday!
Current updates for you to be aware of:
I am working on organizing all videos and the library so it's easy to find workouts. It's heavy on time management and I get tired!
I'm working on adding pages to my website for all areas, so far I've done a meditation one and one for referring friends.
I'm working on the navigation and user friendliness, every day I go in I find new things to fix! It's a forever practice and I must stay calm and cool, and be patient.
My one on one coaching on ZOOM works great, but it's also heavy on time, hence I'd love for YOU to keep up with me and stay alert on my coach meetings I provide for you clients and members of my paulinenordin.uscreen.io community.
I'm now doing my RADIO PAULINE on ZOOM, it's my coaching room where you can join live or listen later. There's no video and it's like tuning in to my podcast from the past. This will help you feel less stress and worries about being asked by me to come up on video to chat! ;-)
I'm figuring out the most efficient way to upload zoom clips + workouts + all mindset lessons, nutrition coaching lessons and self care videos, so far I'm too productive in the creating, but I suck at uploading and editing. ZOOM's AI summaries help tremendously but I still have to edit for accuracy.
On top of all that I have my social media channels work to promote what I do, or I won't be seen by new clients. That's why I'm very grateful for you who spread the word about me or refer your friends to my coaching!
Right now the ZOOM routine of coaching and broadcast LIVE is my priority. The library online here is already very large and you can't fit in more workouts than you can a day, can you?
The most important part for you my clients is to get into the routine to tune in to my lessons and stay in training mode!
My workout and diet tips for you here:
Pick your workout plan out and then repeat the workout plan for 4-6 weeks. Without that you won't get into the loading up more weights, or do more reps.
Practice your form on all exercises, and then stick with them to truly gain strength and build muscle! This is important!
My COACHING group sessions I want you to join live or watch after the live meetings are complete:
Friday check in at 9 am EDT (30 min)
