“Aging sucks! F__ck AGING!”
Oh the adorable attitude of choosing to resist the nature of life!
Yes, pains and aches of growing older challenge me too.
Fatigue, exhaustion, having to spend more time mobilizing than on bodybuilding requires self acceptance.
When I look in the mirror I’m not a cute little kitten anymore, WHATCHA I GONNA DO ABOUT IT?
I focus on my mind.
I choose gratitude for being alive enough to complain about it!
I choose to be happy, resist my cultural conditioning to wanna stay young forever or life’s no more fun!
If I didn’t know I’m “supposed” to wanna fight aging, I doubt I’d be stressed out about it.
If I wasn’t brainwashed into wanting to defy gravity until eventually hit an epic fail and just die, I know I’d feel really cool about it.
How exciting to seize The day I’d ACHIEVE the ultimate age for potential life wisdom: Around 85-95.
If I luck out to earn to have a dream body that comes with that age I commit to myself to perceive my wrinkly, saggy, scrawny, pruny, puny body as the epitome of the ideal perfect body.
Imagine that kind of well used, fermented physique gracing wellness magazine covers, wouldn’t that be a breath of fresh air?
Biologically I’m most attractive before 30, that’s to maximize baby production, but I never had an interest in that so I’m a complete failure for the human species.
Now I’m too old to wanna wear pigtails and look perky for someone to WANT to reproduce with me and I’m so relieved that’s my NOW!
My daily goal is to be happy, I love my body and I love that I WANT to BECOME old looking.
As a woman it’s frowned upon to have a desire to age well like an old cheese or to wanna see my garden through all the four seasons, not just in spring!
The freedom I feel from pressure to focus on going against life is just…AWESOME.
I LET myself go, but that is not a STOP how I live my life that strengthens my body.
In the end of every day I got nothing to prove, nothing to hold on to, nothing to lose and THAT makes me HAPPY.
Every Every day!❤️❤️❤️❤️
