When you are issued a 10k dollar piece of equipment you have a responsibility to protect it. A Deputy's radio equipment is a life safety item and tying your antenna in a knot is inhibiting it's ability to do it's job. Note he still has his empty issued APX holster attached to his belt at 10 o' clock
