आज के दिन बस इतना याद रखिए...
पेड़-पौधों की तरह खुद को भी समय दीजिए। 🌱

आजकल की ज़िंदगी में शायद सबसे ज़्यादा अगर कोई चीज़ बढ़ी है, तो वो है - "टेंशन"।

छोटी-छोटी बातों का भी हम बहुत बड़ा तनाव बना लेते हैं।
कभी घर की चिंता, कभी भविष्य की चिंता, कभी ये डर कि हमारे सपने पूरे होंगे भी या नहीं…

और मेरे प्यारे YouTubers, आप तो इस बात से सबसे ज़्यादा रिलेट कर पाएँगे… ❤️

"Views क्यों नहीं आ रहे?
Reach क्यों कम हो गई?
Subscribers कब बढ़ेंगे?
Watch Hours कैसे पूरे होंगे?
Target कब पूरा होगा?"

ना जाने दिन में कितनी बार हम ये सब सोचते हैं।

लेकिन आज Yoga Day पर बस एक छोटी-सी बात कहना चाहती हूँ…

🌱 पौधों को देखिए।

जब हम कोई पौधा लगाते हैं, तो क्या अगले दिन उसमें फूल आ जाते हैं? नहीं ना?

हम उसे पानी देते हैं, धूप देते हैं, समय देते हैं… और सबसे ज़रूरी, धैर्य (Patience)देते हैं।

फिर एक दिन वही पौधा इतना खूबसूरत खिलता है कि सारी मेहनत सफल लगने लगती है। 🌸

ज़िंदगी भी बिल्कुल ऐसी ही है।

"भाई, सबका समय आता है… और आप सबका भी एक न एक दिन ज़रूर आएगा।"
बस अपने आप को तनाव में मत खोइए।

थोड़ा योग कीजिए, थोड़ा बागवानी कीजिए, गहरी साँस लीजिए… 🧘‍♀️🌿

क्योंकि Likes, Views, Reach और Numbers ज़िंदगी का एक छोटा हिस्सा हैं, लेकिन आपकी मुस्कान और मन की शांति सबसे कीमती है। 💚

तो आज के दिन एक वादा कीजिए…

🌿 No Overthinking.
No Unnecessary Stress.
थोड़ा खुद को भी समय दीजिए।

जैसे पौधे धीरे-धीरे खिलते हैं, वैसे ही आपकी मेहनत भी एक दिन ज़रूर रंग लाएगी। 🌸✨
