Just finished Hazbin Hotel Episode 3-4 and they were surprisingly good. Episode 3 was kind of mid, it wasn't terrible, but the songs were nothing special. Episode 4 on the other hand, was probably the best episode in the entire show so far. We got Alastor and Vox's backstory, and although it was short, it was pretty good. Also, Rosie and Alastor's song was a banger, and Nifty's song was absolute cinema. Episode 4 definitely explained some of the stuff that was not explained in season 1, so kudos to Vivziepop. Looking forward to episode 5-6.

Coolest Character?

I just finished My Hero Academia, and it was really good. I came into it thinking it would be kind of mid, mainly cause the fandom ruined it, but I was very wrong. Deku is a very good protagonist and did a great job of representing that nice protag vibe while still having a really good character arc. Now I didn't like Bakugo at first, but as the story went on, he quickly became one of the best characters, and I think he did a great job as the deuteragonist. The side characters are also pretty good and the author explores a good chunk of them like Todoroki, Ochaka, and Almight. And my favorite thing that the author did was the antagonists. They were honestly SO GOOD and he actually gave each antag an arc, and didn't just forget about them after that. The antags were so well written that I actually found myself cheering for them during certain parts of the story. Shigaraki is also an absolutely AMAZING main antag and probably one of my favorite antags of all time. There were some things I didn't like though. The first was that there were definitely some times when it felt like "Friendship beats anything" was taking over the story. This theme worked in very few chapters, and kind of sucked in the others. Another complaint is that the story dragged on for a little too long in some parts (mainly the end). Now I can get behind having a couple of pauses in the middle of a fight for backstory, but oh my gosh there were an outrageous amount of pauses at the end. I was just trying to enjoy some of the ending fights but then this random furry discrimination plot point came in and ruined it. There were too many times where it felt like My Therapy Academia, and I didn't want to hear about this NPC's backstory and how they can change. They also did a horrible job of killing off characters, like I mean literally less than 5 characters died on screen out of the cast of 50. There were many times when a character should've died, but they didn't, which was really infuriating. But other than that, it was a great series and I highly recommend it, even if you've heard bad things about it. Overall 8.2/10

Did you like the first two episodes of Hazbin Hotel Season 2?

Just finished watching Hazbin Hotel Season 2, and I got to say, it was pretty good. I think they did an alright job of setting up the rest of the season, and I liked how they had a heaven only episode. Gravity is obviously still the best song, but the Vee song was pretty good as well. Looking forward to the next episodes.
