I am a former Aerospace engineer, wife, and mother of three beautiful children who is passionate about gardening. My goal is to grow a beautiful and bountiful garden within the confines of my 1/3 acre lot that can feed my family while creating a beautiful landscape.
I live in Melbourne Florida, which is zone 10A located in east central Florida known as the Space Coast of Florida. I am best known for using my scientific approach from my experience as an Aerospace Engineer to provide technically accurate content to my audience while adding some entertainment. While my goal is to one day be a real expert in the field, I don't play one on TV. My approach is to bring people along my journey, the good and the bad, and teach them not just what they should do but what I have done, what worked, and what didn't.

I’m thinking about trying something new tomorrow… a casual live garden walk-through + Q&A for about 30 minutes. 🌿 We can talk about what plants are doing well and which ones are on their last leg. I can show you some recent changes to my backyard space and front landscaping, and new fruit trees (in planters!) I’m hoping to have some questions from viewers to help guide the video.
I think 7pm EST would be a good time. It’s past the peak heat so my phone wont die in the middle of it 😅

Hello everyone, my long form video this week will be a little delayed. I plan to get it out early next week. There are a couple of exterior projects going on at my house and the contractors have been here. They are doing a great job, but their machinery and tools are quite noisy. I cannot film a good video with the sound of their machinery in the background. So, filming is delayed a bit. Have a great weekend, and Happy Mother's day to all the moms out there!

Good morning! I am going to do 1 long form video between this week and next week and it’ll probably get published on Tuesday. It will be my monthly “what to plant in April” video. This week was spring break for my kids so we did some fun family things and I didn’t stick to my filming and editing schedule. Also, late next week I’ll be visiting the Vego Garden farm and headquarters in Texas (so exciting), so I’ll also be off schedule next week. Happy spring break!
